      Nice peers. Work life balance. Values Feedback from associates and takes appropriate action accordingly. A lot of transparency from leadership which is one of the key values of Ensono. Open door policy is one of the best of its kind as it gives opportunity to associates for interaction with leadership. Global presence (US,UK,India and Poland)

      As its a new organization in India, some of the policies needs to be re looked and changed accordingly.
