      1. Ensono global leadership is extremely professional and care for its employees 2. They are always open to feedback 3. Very competitive and work on latest technologies

      1. India Leadership sucks. 2. All facilities are extended only to a handful of unprofessional and unfit people. 3. All non performing individuals discarded by Wipro fills the management. 4. Shift timing is not as per the business requirements. 5. India management is not ready to listen to the resources 6. India Management looks upon resources as slaves. 7. Most of the current India workforce is looking for a job outside 8.
