Free tea and coffee and occassional fruit...

Managers talk to you like dirt as they are trying to prove themselves. Got this real US culture come in whereby they think it is acceptable to swear, talk down to you with belittling insults. Layer of middle management is micro managing, which just adds to the patronisation of it all. Further, no pay rises or staff development – no future….Cannot believe what this place has become. Anyone with half a brain cell has already left...

Truth less management, un-informed and very investigative, required video interface with remote employees at all times, but termination call was without video!
