      A once people & cultural driven company

      Cons

      Unequal account distribution. Certain individuals are provided with high-potential accounts and extensive support to help them achieve goals, while other team members with low-performing accounts received little to no assistance = favoritism. Power-tripping leaders thar are taking this company down, because if executives see the ones who work hard day in and day out and actually do their job, they wouldn't allow this to happen. Unrealistic sales goals, driven without historical data.

      Yet another company shipping all the jobs to India

      Pros

      The engineers in the company are excellent.

      Cons

      Wave after wave of excellent engineers being let go in US and UK and replaced with ones in India. They have some good people in India but 2-5 years of experience just doesn't compare to the 20+ years of experience that are regularly being cut in the US.

      Pros

      lots of PTO if you are ever free to use it. Lots of collaboration. Sometimes higher ups will actually listen to your ideas and suggestions and act on them.

      Cons

      Constantly working, they are always cutting costs and looking to send more work to the offshore teams who then provide shoddy support or cause issues and then the US resources are always called in to clean up the outages
