Certain individuals are provided with high-potential accounts and extensive support to help them achieve goals, while other team members with low-performing accounts received little to no assistance = favoritism. Power-tripping leaders thar are taking this company down, because if executives see the ones who work hard day in and day out and actually do their job, they wouldn't allow this to happen.
