Joining a company in the middle of a pandemic was daunting but Ensono made it easy. The recruitment and onboarding process was fantastic. I worried about building relationships without meeting my team in person however, everyone I’ve come into contact with (from all levels) have been incredibly supportive/encouraging/passionate and there’s a real will to succeed. Ensono offered a competitive salary, industry standard benefits and have a genuine focus on culture. There’s been the ability for flexible and remote working which was a key requirement for me.
