      Pros

      Ensono is a great place to work, work life is a lot less stressful than most companies, management are relaxed and most of your time is self managed. lots of extras including life insurance & private medical care, but also a sporting and social club with fully paid for events.

      Cons

      unfortunately salaries are not the best equipment for engineers could be better. building needs updating you should have a choice to have extra equipment for example i get headaches there for screen tints would be great.

      Pros

      Lots of growth & challenges. Pay is good & benefits are standard. Fair amount of teamwork and consistent communication from leadership.

      Cons

      My area is needing additional help & no signs of increasing headcount. Cash is tight and no raises for two years.

      Fun and Advancing place to work in the mainframe environment

      Pros

      Forward thinking leadership. Willing to employ out of college students through internships or normal hiring. Will train on the job as long as you meet some prerequisites. The new management is really pushing forward to advancing mainframe services as well as the technical ability of their employees

      Cons

      Will have to work late nights and weekends occasionally but those times are usually compensated. There are times where you're on call 24/7 but again, those times are compensated. Bottom line, your schedule might be working 8 hours in the middle of the night on a weekend for a client upgrade, but you can take monday off.
