      Nice new working area , opportunity to cross train in different areas . Good working hours and opportunity to advance your education.

      Cons

      Management could take some suggestions from the analyst. Some workers do not like sharing knowledge while others are in positions with no real understanding of environment, but have 10 + years with the old company.

      Great energy through the entire company. New Leadership has brought a supportive, almost collegite atmosphere. Very easy to raise ideas or issues. Significant success and growth has created new opportunities.

      Pace of culture is fast, so if you are not used to that it is not a comfortable place to work.
