      Pros

      Ensono the company seems to care about their employees. Good Salary and benefits.

      Cons

      Would not recommend. The day-to-day work is crazy. Not enough employees to do the real work that is needed. Managers demand employees to work constant weekends (in addition to being oncall 24x7). There is no work-life balance.
