      Nothing. There are no Standards in this company

      There are no Pros in this company as i see, they take 3-4 rounds of Interviews and once you get selected, they will this position on hold due to budget constraints, and they will give all flimsy excuses. My only suggestion don't waste your valuable time in giving interviews to this company. I suspect all the ratings it has got are fake too.
