      I joined @ 5 months ago. I am enjoying the high growth and company's grounded values around customer centricity. Success stories are recognized and rewarded.

      Relatively a small brand as compared to larger biggies out there.

      Pros

      Pros are great, smart team and interesting integration of technology from legacy like mainframe to modern like AWS. Interesting and compelling, and the senior team wants to "shake up" the industry and drive special results and change. Also seems like they are well-backed by private equity. Has a small, start-up feel that change is possible and we can get things done, even though it is now a pretty large company.

      Cons

      Work level is high, and more visibility and automation would be helpful. Especially around consistent tools. Why do we have 3 chat clients?!?
