      Company makes lots of money, gives horrible 3% raises

      Pros

      Unlimited PTO, challenging work, decent 401k program, equity program (only if the company is sold).

      Cons

      CIO is a micro manager as is the CISO. They constantly interfere in the work of their managers and directors and the result is very demotivating. Also, the Exec Leadership layers are too deep. They don't need all of these EVP's running around as no one knows what half of them actually do, if anything.
