Pros
The former Amido people who managed to avoid redundancy. A great bunch of intelligent, hard working, & friendly people.
Cons
Amido was acquired by Ensono, and things quickly went downhill. They got rid of our amazing People team, who were the backbone of Amidos amazing culture. We also lost people from Finance, Talent and IT. Once that had happened, it was only a matter of time before the business got swallowed up into a large american mainframe company, with slow processes, more red tape, and less of a family feel.
