      Pros

      Ensono has a great culture and actually cares about it's employees. It puts client and employees top on their list. Tons of training and career path development.

      Cons

      As an MSP, Ensono manages some big brand names. If you are not use to change and working in an agile environment, it may be too much for you. On the other hand its also a Pro for a lot of people.

      Pros

      Managers trust interns, not hovering over their shoulders but still giving pretty good feedback on their work.

      Cons

      Intern program promised a bit more than it actually delivered on. It advertised lots of training and a program to prepare interns for the workforce, but was mostly just doing odd tasks in the department-- definitely still good experience, but not quite a "training program."
