      Pros

      + competitive pay & benefits (unlimited PDO) + manageable workload; reasonable expectations on the role + team-oriented workforce; everyone is willing to help each other out + largely, remote/homebased workforce; provides excellent opportunities for work/life balance (eliminate the commute!)

      Cons

      - only potential "con" is Ensono is a fast-paced, high-growth, ambitious company; have to come into it with the mindset that everyone and everything is constantly look to change for the betterment of the entire organization.
