1. Focus - We stay the course on our strategy to win large, complex Enterprise clients, and we do not veer from this, avoiding whip lash and chasing shiny objects. 2. Culture - We live our values and we enforce this all the time. Politics are minimal, and we collaborate to get stuff done. Always move the ball forward 3. Leadership - Honestly some of the best senior leaders I have worked with in my career. 4. Lasting competitive advantage - There are a handful of companies that can deliver the breadth of portfolio that Ensono, especially the integrated portfolio from Mainframe all the way to digital/cloud services and apps

Cons

My list of cons are very short, and nothing that I haven't seen at other companies of this size. Nothing really impacting my long term view of my personal career here at Ensono

Great people, fair salaries, good benefits.

Cons

Intense focus on increasing revenue for PE sale is forcing a lack of focus on infrastructure outside mainframe. Many many positions also moving offshore to increase profits.
