      Ensono is a great place to work if you are looking for a challenging and rewarding career in IT. The company is constantly growing and innovating, and offers a lot of opportunities for learning and development. The culture is collaborative and supportive, and the benefits are generous and flexible. The coworkers are friendly and helpful, and the management is transparent and approachable.

      Cons

      The only downside is that sometimes the work can be very demanding and stressful, and the expectations can be high. However, Ensono also provides a lot of resources and support to help employees cope and succeed. Ensono is a company that cares about its employees and its clients, and I am proud to be part of it.

      Redundancies have seriously harmed the culture that has been carefully fostered over the past few years. Lack a wide range of clients. Not enough varied and interesting work for consultants.
