Pros

The only reason to work here that I can come up with is to get paid while you are looking for another job.

Cons

It is by far the most toxic work environment I have ever encountered in more than 20 years of working. Senior leadership puts an inordinate amount of pressure on employees to perform, when Therapy Brands has the most inept onboarding processes in place. There is ZERO product training, and I was actually told, "you don't have to know the product to sell it, That's what the demo guy is for." Unlimited PTO isn't really that- they won't let you take it when you want, and it's only a policy so they won't have to pay you vacation time when you leave. It also helps the company win the superficial "awards" for best employer. It's all a farce and HR is paid to rebut the negative reviews with it's canned responses. Customers constantly complain about support issues, yet nothing is being done behind the scenes to resolve those issues.

There is also a comprehensive onboarding program for all sales team members that includes product training, sales tool training, and general selling skills training. Additionally, the solutions consultants and the many tenured Account Executives can be paired with you to help you better understand our products and help you be successful in your role. Please take advantage of the many development programs offered by speaking with your Sales Director. Regarding our culture, it is the hallmark of our organization. We are proud of the recognition and awards received from our continuous focus on our team members. Besides unlimited PTO, the company offers 11 paid holidays, paid volunteer days, a comprehensive benefits package, and numerous recognition promotions. Besides investing in our team members, we have significantly invested in our products and service capabilities to continue to add value to our more than 30,000 customers. We are a growth company, and the most successful team members have the desire to grow with us, advancing their personal and professional goals. Pros

People are generally pretty nice...until it's time to scapegoat someone for the results of systemic mismanagement and incompetence. Then you'll feel the wrath.

Cons

Therapy Brands is a Frankenstein's monster. It's essentially a collection of software companies that were clumsily stitched together by a private equity firm. Like Frankenstein, the monstrosity called Therapy Brands is not quite alive. The market is extremely saturated and TB's crummy products are not capable of keeping up. If you're a salesperson, beware. You will struggle to get anywhere near your goals. STAY AWAY.

Pros

Therapy Brands is a great company if you are looking to work in healthcare or tech (or both). The organization has a lot of very talented people with experience in their specialized areas. With a growing company, there is also a lot of room for growth throughout all departments. There is a strong sense or purpose working here. Many team members joined Therapy Brands because we have a personal connection to the specialties we serve, and we want to provide a quality product to the clinicians who use our software and their clients.

Cons

The company is growing quickly. That means that processes are being refined, systems are being consolidated, and a higher than average amount of people are newer (less than 1 year with the company.) This can make things challenging as the company finds a solid process for things.
