The onboarding was the best I have experienced. Being fully remote, I had all of my equipment set up and ready to go my very first day. The People Ops team is warm and welcoming and thorough in the information that is provided. There is also lots of recognition and information sharing - all company Town Halls, Communication Breaks, weekly news letters, etc.
