Pros

Working at Therapy Brands is rewarding because I'm helping providers be able to care for their patients by ensuring claims are being paid quickly and correctly.

Cons

I have had nothing but good experiences working for Therapy Brands but if I have to leave a con it would be the medical insurance. It is a bit pricey for the amount of coverage that's provided.

Pros

Therapy Brands is a suite of customer-centric products all aimed to make clinicians lives easier and able to provide more and better care for their patients. I have loved getting to spend my career here and believe that the work I do matters.

Cons

It can be bureaucratic in some situations and hard to get a swift answer on what I would consider more urgent problems.
