Pros

Entech has a caring and friendly environment. You get exposed to many unique capital infrastructure projects. The management team is open to new ideas. They encourage growth and advancing in your career. The staff are young and ambitious.

Cons

Many fast paste projects that would require overtime work.

Pros

At EnTech supervisors are always encouraging and open-minded about proposing new ideas and initiations. It has helped me a lot in my career growth and finding my interests in the field. I got a chance to work on many exciting projects and be exposed to new areas of the field. EnTech, in general, has a very friendly and caring environment.

Cons

I would like to see more clarifications in employees' roles and responsibilities; and to have a mentorship program available for the employees.
