Exciting Projects, Encouraging & Open-minded

Pros

At EnTech supervisors are always encouraging and open-minded about proposing new ideas and initiations. It has helped me a lot in my career growth and finding my interests in the field. I got a chance to work on many exciting projects and be exposed to new areas of the field. EnTech, in general, has a very friendly and caring environment.

Cons

I would like to see more clarifications in employees' roles and responsibilities; and to have a mentorship program available for the employees.

Chance to develope and expand management skills (accounting, staffing,...) and opportunity to develop business in addition to gaining technical knowledge, nice and friendly environment, and competitive salary

Cons

Not much. More effort needed in assigning tasks to and evaluating employees based on their knowledge and skills.
