The environment is always fun and helpful Filled with right people who are willing to help you Best company to start your career and also a reliable firm to take your career future to the next level Good Attitude and Better Ethics I've been working with Entech since 2015 and I have learned a lot of useful lessons from my managers.

Pros

President is really nice, my supervisor/project manager is knowledgable and a good person to learn from I like the meritocracy culture. When I get to be in the main office the view is AWESOME

Cons

I understand the company is growing and new assignments being recieved, but I feel like I find out about important changes last minute. I would've preferred to be a part of those discussions..

Pros

The owner takes care of all the employees particularly does in the field. She pays nice competitive salaries and provides you with anything you need almost immediately no questions asked.

Cons

Many of the office administrative personnel do not properly speak English and seem to be all over the place.
