Pros

They understood your situation and help you in anyway. Good clients. Great people. Much recommended. I relived due to some emergency. Otherwise I would stay there. Senior management was great!

Cons

Some time from client side feel misunderstanding. But people from Entech continuously check with you and fix the issue then and there.

Works on the latest Tech. Work in an open culture. Flexible work timings. The CEO personally talks to everyone and discuss the goals The management Team is good

They can improve the benefits package although it is good. The work pressure is little high.
