This is the company to work for if you enjoy a work environment where you're part of a team. The processes and core values of the company are all about teamwork, having fun, and mutual success when we meet our goals. Being part of a small business means you're not part of a larger machine where your contributions are not seen or are not valued. If you engage from day one of your employment in the company's mission, core values and growth strategies, you will be given opportunities to learn and grow quickly. Many people who are on a fast growth path end up leaving - but they always leave for higher-paying jobs or jobs that meet their desired career path. This is normal churn, and it usually occurs because the employee is growing faster than the company. The turnover rate isn't high however for the IT industry, and most employees, both technical and non-technical have been employed for 5 years or more. The client base has grown incrementally the entire term of my employment at Entech and the Sales team is focused on partnering with the right type of client that values a partnership with a mature IT company that has strong credentials, reputation and longevity in the community.
