Close to home but work a lot of hours

Employees work a lot of overtime, insurance is high(changed every year since I started) and management doesn't let exempt employees take vacation

you get paid biweekly that's it.

Cons

1. no work-life balance here means there will be late-night meetings that can go till 10:30 pm 2. very disorganized business processes with a very demanding culture will make life hell for people 3. Overall, worked in multiple companies, this one was a nightmare

Before today, there were a lot of pros.

Cons

I got fired today for not wearing the “correct” mask. We’ve been wearing the blue surgical masks for the last 9 months. But today I was told it wasn’t good enough and was FIRED for not wearing an N95. I mean are you kidding me?!? Going to speak to a lawyer.
