Poor management. Top down mentality. Not receptive to alternate ideas. Found this to be true across the company, not just in the BU I worked in. Management always thought they new better, weren't as receptive to customer needs.

Great place to work and get established. Darn good benefits compared to other companies. Definitely a place to learn and grow. It's a yes for me! I loved my job! I'm so grateful for the opportunity.

Cons

Like all jobs. Take the positive and forget about the negativity. You just can't please everybody.
