      Pros

      Focused on success and good visioning in regards to customers and product offerings.

      Cons

      No very innovative, only concerned with product offering and forcing a fit intend of developing solution to customer's actual need. Big catalog house.

      Pros

      Decent benefits and a lot of respect towards time off. I have flexible hours when needed. Nice if you have kids. I work with a great group of people.

      Cons

      Little employee recognition. It doesn't seem to matter if I do a good job or a lousy job. Maybe it's because there is very little accountability starting at the top. Mediocre management with little technological vision.

      Their health insurance plan is outstanding.

      Cons

      Downsides: management and everything involving promoting their emolyees success. Word on the street is this is not a good place to work.
