Very stressful, work-life balance exists in corporate advertising only Employee development support is highlighted by exists on paper only Frequent org changes with baffling promotions & team structures Often the way up is to make noise & show others down (especially true of the advanced purity solutions division) Silent but strong performers are left behind If teams complain of overload & stress - higher management terms it as "attitude problem" Meeting Financial goals is everything
