      Great company to work for! You have so much more exposure and opportunity than an outsider.

      Pros

      Employees are a pleasure to work with and Steve is a great guy! Entelligence has established relationships with large companies which would prove impossible to gain employment otherwise. They are able to directly connect the employee with a position given their wide exposure to various enterprise and value added resellers.

      Cons

      Sometimes (infrequent) they are not able to connect the technical skills with fulfilling positions. You are assigned a "manager" and they don't always have the technical ability. I have had to help them with translating the skills our employees have with what our enterprise partners are looking for.

      Pros

      I went to work for Entelligence after spending 17 years working for a large telecommunications company. I was pleasantly surprised and had a wonderful six months working for this outfit. They are a very professional yet personable company. For example, the company asks for some required reading to empower their associates while working with the end customer. They are interested in helping you be successful. I made an error providing my account number for direct deposit and several individuals at Entelligence jumped through hoops to get my pay check delivered, despite the fact that it was my error. Finally my family experienced a tragedy while I was employed with them. They could not have been more concerned or understanding about our situation. The plan was to migrate from contract to permanent with my current employer and that is just was happened. If I became unemployed tomorrow Entelligence would be my first call.

      Cons

      I am filling up the twenty word minimum and I have to say there are no down sides that I discovered while working for Entelligence.

      Good company to get your foot in the door somewhere

      Pros

      Easy to work with. Small company makes the corporate bureaucracy that other companies deal with not an issue.

      Cons

      Haven't seen a raise in over a year. Pay is good but not much room for upward mobility
