Pros

Company is very supportive of its employees and has a strong moral code. There is a lot of support form the headquarters and they have an excellent reputation in the market.

Cons

Mostly have long engagements or full time opportunities. Fewer short engagements.

Pros

Good accounts with Hitachi Data Systems, EMC, Netapp and host of high tech companies. So you get to learn a lot but on your own though. They will not foot the bill for your training unless the vendor foots the bill.

Cons

They will refuse to negotiate a hourly rate with you though they get paid by their clients on a hourly basis. They will only pay you a salary. So if you work overtime or on weekends you are out of luck. They dont pay any bonus or if they promise you a bonus they will not follow up on their promise. The standard line they take is "We did not make any profit this year. When we make a profit next year we will pay you".
