Smart employees, amazing culture. Everyone is highly motivated and employees are equipped with all the tools (hardware/software/training) to succeed.

Cons

I can sincerely say that currently there are no cons.

Pros

Entelo has a great culture full of incredibly welcoming and friendly people. They provide fair compensation, great health benefits plans, and additional perks and everything you need to be productive and feel valued. The emphasis on personal employee growth and learning is unlike any company I have been apart of.

Cons

There are no downsides to working at Entelo.

Pros

The company is highly invested in developing and maintaining a solid,scaleable core values and a great team. The belief in supporting growth, continued education and personal/professional development of it's team is shared and implemented from the mgn't down. There is a huge emphasis in supporting diversity of ideas and having a collaborative work environment.

Cons

There lot of the standard startup growing pains that are to be expected, but as we start to grow and fill in positions these are becoming more and more of a non-issue. There are not always enough hours in the day to get expected work assignments done, despite the company's position of striving to keep a fair work/life balance.
