Pros

Great team, very supportive & positive culture with a real focus on career and professional development. Excellent benefits package including annual stipend for continuing education (e.g., conferences, seminars, courses). Innovative product and entire team is committed to sustainable growth.

Cons

The usual startup cons - team is growing fast so there are some growing pains but overall nothing you wouldn't see at any top Silicon Valley startup.

Pros

There continues to be open dialogue with executive management regarding my professional goals and where I would like to grow my career. I am given the opportunity to provide input on the type of projects and responsibilities I would like to take on. Also, as an added bonus, every employee receives an allowance to use towards professional development!

Cons

To be expected at a start-up, sometimes responsibilities can be broad. With that being said, at times, this can provide opportunities to gain experience in areas that you may not otherwise be able to in a more traditional roles.
