- good practices - open to new tech - pair programming - good culture - fun events

Cons

- growing is a bit awkward - everyone is involved with hiring

- The culture is amazing, and you work with very smart people - Everyone at the company is really chill - Startup environment - You're given a lot of autonomy and can make a real impact right from the start - Challenging work

Cons

If you are someone who needs a lot of direction, this may not be the right place for you.
