Pros

largest company in New Orleans. No competition so stress/deadlines are all self induced. With planning you can manage the workload quite well.

Cons

Advancement is very limited and not logical. After a few years, it becomes harder to move. Company is full of administrators (its a monopoly) so advancement is directly related to being a good administrator, not a good manager or a visionary or a risk taker.
