Pros
Pay is very good. Benefits are above average.
Cons
It is impossible to get work done. Repairs never get done or are scheduled, and plant equipment is always run until failure. We are told to follow the process. But the company work management process, and corporate procedures hinder progress and any prospect of improving things. Oh, and they are shutting down 3 Nuke plants. No incentive to move to management either. They work countless hours with no compensation.
