Cons

Seems to have multiple groups doing similar things. Salaries and bonuses low for Houston area. Got rid of pension. 401k match ok. Pension used to make up some for the lower salaries.

Great pay and great safe place to work. Always felt that safety was the number one priority at all times.

Cons

Long hours and the company comes first. They’re little done about management and promotions are given out to who can benefit the hiring managers and no on who can benefit the company.
