      Pros

      Work life balance. A lot of opportunity for training & advancement. Kind and helpful coworkers, good people with varied backgrounds and skillsets. Feel part of a community working here. Regional focus is a big plus. Entergy, unlike most Fortune 500 companies, is committed to local communities (vs. global). While there is a lot of work ahead as the infrastructure goes green, it's fulfilling to be part of a collective effort improving our cities.

      Cons

      Cons of working at Entergy include burden of corporate structure at times impeding progress. A lot of systems to learn depending on job function & bureaucracy. Storm support can be stressful, but part of working for utility.
