Cons

Management pushes everything off at last minute then asks why you didn't complete their assignment by the deadline. Teammates will be fake nice upfront, then later down the line stop trying to assist you if you need help. Promotions to those that are un-deserving, overlooking employees that are deserving. Lots of overtime work without compensation.

The company is highly competitive and generous with benefits, always assessing what's new in benefits that job seekers are looking for, and often adopting/offering those. Generous salaries, annual merit & incentive and perks, like alt Fridays off, and great medical & health benefits are some of what the company offers.

Cons

Corporate work can be demanding (but rewarding) and it's sometimes hard to move up in this company. It could be more transparent and it doesn't offer all employees flexible work-from-home opportunities.
