The company is way behind the industry. Old seniors/leaders in the company do not have much IT experience. Expect to do a style of work that is very old methods and outdated. Sharp/Talented individuals are considered a threat to seniors who have been with the company for many years. Nepotism is very bad at this company. Management can't understand their employees because they are not qualified. Management prefers 'if it is not broken, don't fix it/touch it attitude". 50% of work is not related to IT or your IT Title. The company has problems maintaining individuals with high degrees or recent qualified certifications needed to keep the company competitive.
