      Could be a good company...

      Pros

      Pays the best in the industry and has a great recovery plan.

      Cons

      Their leaders lack integrity. They claim to want only high integrity but if you bring up an integrity issue they attack you, lie about you and drive you away. They also use the same tactics as liberals, a transference of guilt. The company also uses race as their headline. Time and time again if you were a person of color you did not have to produce anything and HR protects them.

      - Good pay/benefits. - Alternate Friday’s off. - Ability to work remotely during pandemic.

      Cons

      - Departments are extremely political and siloed. Be prepared to put up a fight if you need to work with a different group. - A ton of old blood that are set in their ways. People just coasting waiting to retire. - Overworked/understaffed. - Only way to get promoted is to transfer to a different department.
