      If you're unhappy where you are, there's plenty of opportunity elsewhere within.

      Cons

      Can be very political. Don't make the right people angry or it could hinder your progression.

      Pros

      Good work/home life balance, good salary and benefits. Great opportunities for communicators to use expertise, learn and grow.

      Cons

      The quality of your experience working for this company depends on the department you're in and the management in place. What started as a great place to work in the early 2000s turned into a beaurocratic nightmare as the company hit financial and industry challenges around 2011. Good managers became fearful and morale plummeted. As with most jobs, your happiness is equal to the quality of your managers. If you can handle the roller coaster effect of working for a corporation for many years, you'll do alright.
