      Good training, average workload, decent schedule and good people to work with.

      Cons

      Silly time wasters that exist with all big corporations. Entergy Continuous Improvement (ECI) was a cumbersome joke after taking away incentives and making it mandatory for all employees.

      Great schedule and flexibility if you work in the corporate offices.

      Internal problems between workgroups exists. Career Development is not a priority. There is a lack of training, You have to teach yourself.
