Pros
Lots of opportunity to move around and learn more. Big company with diverse job types that you usually don't have access to in New Orleans.
Cons
Very political with a lot of incompetence in middle management--a lot of lifers trying to win the c-suite lottery. No accountability at the middle and top, very hierarchy-driven. There is a culture of blaming downward--if someone gives you an assignment that they have been sitting on for 4 wks or planned poorly they hand it off to you for a 2-day turnaround with no apologies, explanations, or plans about how to avoid this in the future.
