      Pros

      Excellent, dedicated coworkers who care about the work they do. Flexible work schedule in that every other Friday is a day off. Strong benefits.

      Cons

      To get the Friday off, the work day is 10 hours Monday-Friday, with an additional 8 hours on your Friday "on." Senior Leadership is somewhat isolated from the rank and file; middle managers tend to be very territorial and cliquish. Career development is encouraged and training is available, but actual advancement is limited in most career fields and non-existent in others.
