      Pros

      Management is a bunch of snakes in the grass. Upper management does not care or want to hear about problems, they just stick your fingers in their ears and say "la la la". You do get alternating Fridays off, but BEWARE DO NOT TAKE THEM OFF!!!! This is a test to see if you are committed. If you take your Friday's off, management will not like you.

      Cons

      Only single people without children and a life will excel and be able to move up. If you have a family, be prepared to get a divorce like most managers and directors at this company.

      Pros

      You work with a great bunch of guys, learn a lot about linewoirk itself and safety, and most of all the skills you learn will never leave you.

      Cons

      Unless you like being away from home or being on call 24/7, and of course every company has those guys that nobody wants to be around.
