      Pros

      Generally good compensation for strong performers. Large company, alot of enterprise resources to bring to bear to resolve issues Flexible hours. Great people.

      Cons

      Benefits keep getting reduced or cost more money. Dont always pay for performance. Locations of Corporate and Nuclear Offices are not in the best locations (New Orleans, Jackson, MS)

      Pros

      Great exposure, get to see the power plant, challenging and interesting, and allow you to learn things across groups

      Cons

      As with most internships, it is work for the employees to provide work for the interns, so some days were idle.

      Low quality of life, managers sacrifice their personal lives to work. Managers spend the majority of their time in meetings with little time left to interface with direct reports. Development and personal growth opportunities are restricted. Employee uncertainty in the Northeast portion of the fleet.
