Pros

While a relatively conservative company, many of the younger leaders are pushing for innovative ways to conduct business more effectively and efficiently.

Cons

It can be very frustrating in seeing projects through to fruition, mainly due to the layers and layers of bureaucracy and office politics that must be navigated. Also, the most qualified don't always get promoted to higher levels of management.

Company focuses on new programs to help workers improve efficiency and safety.

Cons

Political atmosphere where upper mgmt is hidden or shuffled instead of walked to the door. Good programs introduced with no additional support adding to an already stressful work load. Management work hours excessive to complete daily requirements. No compensation or recognition given for extra work burden.
