Benefits are literally the only good thing left here. Pay is market, depending on how much your manager attempts to overwork you.
Cons
Management. - just terrible. Don’t waste your life. They are out of touch. They genuinely are so “look at us upper class” attitude that they don’t really understand or care about their employees. Biased- a very woke company. If you are a male, especially a masculine male, HR will target you. Good luck if a woman makes a false accusation against you in this company. They will protect the woman without even looking at the evidence. Not kidding at all. HR and management has a thing against men. When men are bullied by females in this company, no one will believe you. Accenture rules this company. Many parts of management are former Accenture employees. They have a strong loyalty to allowing Accenture to run the company.
