      Operations side good, Management side bad to worse

      Pros

      Very strong operational team in nuclear, Transmission and Distribution.

      Cons

      Non-operational which includes the Corporate, some of the C Suite executives , HR , Corp finance, Corp Dev, Investor Relations etc are somewhere between bad to worse. If not for the operational folks and a strong set of regulatory attorneys this company would have gone down the drain.
