Pros
Very high quality of people in the operations department. The pay is very good for this part of Arkansas.Job is challenging and you have to constantly learn.
Cons
There's a myth of only working 18 days a month, reality is we stay minimum manned so there is a lot of extra days worked, many of them you are forced to cover. The only way to guarantee time off is to take vacation. Job is overly stressful at times. Training every five weeks and the administrative burden are the worst parts of the job.
